    4TiGO Network is a Technology platform for Truckers/Fleet Owners,Drivers, Brokers/Agents, Transporters, Transport Companies to look for onward loads to next destination and/or place loads to find matching trucks with best rates.

    Yes, our services are available Pan-India through our sales and partner network.

    There are 2 ways you can get in touch with / contact us:

  • 2. How can I user my own smart-phone to access 4TiGO services on mobile devices?
    You can use the "Universal 4TiGO" version of our App. All you need is a smart phone with functional GPS & the latest version of Google Chrome browser.
  • 3. How many fleet owners and representative are already on the Network?
    There are over 1000 Fleet Owners & Representatives who are regular users of the 4TiGO Network platform.
  • 4. Can you have someone come to meet me in person?

  • 5. I am the owner of the Fleet but do not drive the truck. Do I still need a Smart phone?
    It is entirely up to you. All the features can also be accessed from the comfort of your home/office via a desktop/laptop/tablet. All you need, is a functional internet connection.
  • 6. Does this need a dedicated device?
    No, You don't require a dedicated device for availing 4TiGO services. All you need is a desktop/laptop/tablet/mobile with an internet connection & a valid user credentials.
  • 7. Can you arrange for a demo?

  • 8. What happens if the Driver steals the goods or runs away with the truck?
    The Network provides the last known location before being disconnected - the rest would be no different from what you do today.
  • 9. What if there is an accident or mishap during the trip?
    You can utilise our "Roadside Assistance" programme. The application has emergency contacts. Towing, repair (with assistance from our IOCL NROs). Also we provide on route support during the entire journey.
  • 10. I do not want to join since driver is uneducated and will not be able to use any technology?
    The application is very simple to use. After you have enrolled, you and the related members of your team will be trained to use the App.After being trained, you will be able to get a load in 3 clicks.
  • 1. How is price decided?
    Freight Exchange platform is designed to provide the users freedom to decide their prices and breakdown of advance and balance payments - but subject to a minimum level fleet owner advance. The system also has provision to bid and counterbid on the offer price. The trip will be confirmed only if both parties have mutually agreed & confirmed their acceptance to the price and payment term.
  • 2. How is payment done?
    All Payments on the 4TiGO platform are electronic payments. The platform supports NEFT / RTGS / IMPS for Freight Advance, Freight Balance as well as payments for TERMS towards Fuel or Toll or Driver Advance.
  • 3. Does 4TiGO guarantee all payments?
    There are 2 categories of trips on the network-4TiGO Payment Guarantee trips & others. 4TiGO guarantees all payments to Fleet Owners for all Trips serving End-Customers directly. For the Freight Exchange platform, Payment Guarantee trips are enabled for such Trips where 4TiGO has access to Transporters' Funds.
  • 4. What are the charges involved in availing 4TiGO services?
    1. There is no charge for the usage of 4TiGO Trip Expense Remittance Management System (TERMS) platform.
    2. There is a charge of INR 1000/- applicable for joining of the 4TiGO freight exchange for transactions.
    3. We charge 2% of the freight amount from the Network Partner and Fleet Owners as transaction fees for every successful trip.
  • 1. What are the offering under 4TiGO TERMS?
    TERMS is Trip Expense Remittance & Management System. Customers signing up for 4TiGO TERMS are eligible for:
    1. IOC fuel cards.
    2. FASTAG Toll cards.
    3. ICICI pre paid cards.
  • 2. When will I get the IOC card and FASTags delivered?
    Generally it takes up to 15 days to deliver IOC Fuel cards and FASTags after receipt of the required documents & signed Agreement.
  • 3. What are the documents required to join 4TiGO TERMS?
    Digital copy of following documents are required for issuance of IOC Fuel Cards:
    1. RC Book.
    2. Owner KYC Aadhar, Driving License etc.
    Digital copy of following documents are required for issuance of FASTag:
    1. RC Book.
    2. Vehicle Insurance proof.
    3. Picture of vehicle with axle and registration no.
    4. If RC Book is not in name of owner then ownership proof.
  • 4. Can I transfer money from any bank?
    While the Federal Bank a/c opened under 4TiGO scheme if preferred, you can transfer money from any bank to the '4TiGO Nodal Account'. Once the receipt of amount into the 4TiGO Nodal account is confirmed, you can use the TERMS app to transfer money to IOC a/c & FASTag a/c Anytime, Anywhere & instantly.
  • 5. I already have a FASTag & IOC Fuel card. Can I use the integrated platform of 4TiGO TERMS for Anytime, Anywhere & Instant remittance & reconciliation service?
    Unfortunately the existing IOC Fuel card or FASTag can't be used with 4TiGO TERMS. You would need to cancel the existing Card / Tag & have 4TiGO reissue the Fuel Card & Toll Tag.
  • 6. I am not familiar with mobile applications, how can I start using 4TiGO TERMS?
    The TERMS app is very simple to use and one will be able to transfer the money in just 1-2 steps. We conduct training for all our customers. 4TiGO provides 24*7 telephonic support service to assist you with TERMS usage.
  • 7. I am not comfortable using online application, I prefer to give direct cash. Why should I use 4TiGO TERMS?
    With GOI promoting cashless transactions and electronic tolls you will be able to save up to 25000 per truck per year by using TERMS. 4TiGO provides a safe environment to carry out transactions in a secure manner. The ability to block cards remotely provides safety from theft and other misuse.
  • 8. I already have account and I will make the payments through bank for drivers. Why Should I use 4TiGO TERMS?
    4TiGO TERMS enables you to make 3 payments (Fuel, Toll, & Driver) from the same screen with a single click of button instead of going through multiple applications. Through our reports and dashboards you will also be able to estimate, monitor and reconcile your expenses across vehicles.

    Yes, this service is available Pan-India. Fortigo Network spans all the 6 states of South India and the Transport hubs of Mumbai, Pune, NCR, Kolkata, Bhopal & Indore.
  • 7. How does this Network work?
    Our Network Representatives are available all over India and they will help you in fulfilling your requirements.
  • 8. How is price decided?
    Our Network Partners will place the load themselves or through our back office/network representatives, along with complete details like type, weight, source & destination, trip advance, offer price etc. There is also a reference rate available, based on feedback from the market & similar past trips confirmed via our platform. The Fleet Owner(s) / Owner Driver(s) can use these rates as reference & accept it or quote their expected price. The trip will be confirmed only if both parties have mutually agreed & confirmed their acceptance to the price.
  • 9. How is payment done?
    The advance (a minimum of 75% of the freight value) & balance amounts are mutually decided before-hand.
  • 10. Does 4TiGo guarantee all payments?
    There are 2 categories of trips on the network-4TiGO Payment Guarantee trips & Normal trips. All our partners will be suitably placed in one of the above categories, after a thorough evaluation of their credentials - both financial & non-financial, by our banking & background verification partners.

  • 15. Can the Transaction deposit be waived?
    You can put in your application for a banking limit. If the bank assesses you as suitable for limits and you authorize the network for ECS then there will be no Transaction deposit requirement.
  • 16. Can there be reduction in the Technology deposit?
    There is no provision for that, but you can submit your application form and place your request for reduction in deposit and if the HO so decides they will communicate directly to you on the reduced amount.

    It is entirely up to you. All the features can also be accessed from the comfort of your home/office via a desktop/laptop/tablet. All you need, is a functional 2G/3G/4G internet connection.
  • 22. Does this need a dedicated computer?
    All you need is a desktop/laptop/tablet with an internet connection & a valid user id, password, RMN.

  • 24. What happens if the Driver steals the goods or runs away with the truck?
    The Network provides the last known location and calls made from our Smartphone device before being disconnected - the rest would be no different from what you do today.
  • 25. Why is 4TiGo not paying for the lost Goods through Insurance if they have Insurance Partners?
    The Network only facilitates the Insurance purchase at low rates from reputed Insurance service providers, responsibility of following Insurance company process for claims or challenging claims is entirely up to the owner & driver as occurs today. The Network can also provide limited logistical support from the local Representatives and Field Force - but this is on a best-effort basis.
  • 26. What if there is an accident or mishap during the trip?
    You can utilise our "Roadside Assistance" programme. The application has emergency contacts. Towing, repair (with assistance from our IOCL NROs).
  • 27. I do not want to join since driver is uneducated and will not be able to use any Technology.
    The application is very simple to use.After you have enrolled, you and the related members of your team will be trained to use the App.After being trained, you will be able to get a load in 3 clicks.
